03-2 Cone Series:Single Ball Front Cross with Cone Rip Toss Set Downs
這個練習運用角錐讓學員在運球時保持低重心,同時練習運球快速換手,以及讓非運球手保持靈活。
在操作時,同時保持身體平衡,運球要快速。
❮動作說明❯
右手下球後,做V字換手運球。
當球離開右手,右手去拿地板的角錐,並微將角錐抓拋起。
左手將球運回右手後,去捉住空中的角錐,並下壓放置地面。
重複步驟1-3的動作,多做幾次。
換手重複步驟1-3的動作,多做幾次。
若沒有角錐,可用水瓶或寶特瓶代替。
